My Role in the Project

My role in the Gateasy project initially was as a Junior Fullstack Web Developer and Junior Customer Service Operator, later evolving into Fullstack Web Developer and main point of contact for the second-level Customer Service, as well as the knowledge of Client-specific business logic. Additionally, I obtained a Microsoft certification in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

For development, I regularly used the following languages for programming or document management: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, T-SQL, ASP Classic, XML, JSON, and batch scripts.
The main tools I used were: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Beyond Compare, and Notepad++.

For support tasks, I used a free on-premise version of OTRS.
